🔧👶 Shop Training Starts Early 👶🔧

Our newest apprentices are hard at work.

Current qualifications:
✅ Know every puddle in the parking lot
✅ Can make a clean floor dirty in under 30 seconds
✅ Expert at pushing buttons they shouldn't touch
✅ Asking "Can I get in the truck while it's in the air?" 15 times

On a real note, our technicians enjoy when we have little visitors come and maybe get to teach them something new!

Reminder to always check under the hood and around your vehicle—especially this time of year. 🐾

One of our technicians heard faint meowing coming from our service writer's Expedition yesterday and discovered this little guy tucked safely inside the fender-well. Thankfully, he was found before the vehicle left the shop and was completely uninjured!

Cats and other small animals will often climb into warm engine bays or wheel wells for shelter, so take an extra second to knock on the hood or do a quick walk-around before starting your vehicle.

We’re just thankful this little fella is safe and sound and is already back home with his family. ❤️

Just last week, we had a customer’s OEM rubber intercooler pipe fail during a test drive. Instead of putting another weak factory pipe back on, we upgraded him to a metal intercooler pipe and got him back on the road the right way. 💪

We’d like to take a moment to congratulate one of our own — Westley Lane! 🎓🇺🇸

Westley has been part of our team through the work-based learning program for the past 3 years, quickly learning and becoming a huge asset to the shop along the way.

We’re proud to announce that he has officially graduated high school and will be heading off to basic training this September for the National Guard!

We couldn’t be more proud of the hard work, dedication, and growth we’ve watched from him over the years. We’re excited to have him joining the team full time before he begins this next chapter.

Help us congratulate Westley on this huge accomplishment and wish him luck on his journey ahead! 👏

Earlier this week we had these dueling 6.7 F-250s in the shop for upper oil pan reseals. 👀

One leaking 6.7 is enough to keep you busy… two at the same time makes for a full house. While we had them torn down side-by-side, one of the trucks also got a DCR conversion upgrade. If you know, you know — addressing the weak points now is a whole lot cheaper than replacing an engine later.

Definitely a big job, but always satisfying getting these trucks fixed up the right way. 🔧🔥
