🚨 CALL TO ACTION: Help Us Advocate for Practical Clean Emission Policies 🚨
The Advanced Clean Truck (ACT) Rule is putting our industry—and the entire economy—at risk. While we fully support reducing emissions, the reality is that the infrastructure to support this transition is not ready.
What’s the Problem?
🚛 Massachusetts and New England lack the charging infrastructure for medium- and heavy-duty electric trucks.
🚛 Dealers don’t have vehicles suited for our work.
🚛 The electrical grid cannot support widespread charging at this time.
🚛 Businesses, contractors, and suppliers across the region are being impacted—leading to higher costs, project delays, and job losses.
What We’re Asking For:
✔ A seat at the table for industry stakeholders to help craft regulations that work for everyone.
✔ A delay in the rule until infrastructure, technology, and funding catch up.
✔ Practical and sustainable policies for businesses and communities.
