Got a phone call this morning from a couple that needed our help. These folks were on a trip from Michigan to Lake Placid. Their Forester broke down (all packed up) and they needed another car today!

Not only did I have what they needed, I also had a hitch in stock! We arranged to have their car towed here and then sent Grant to pick them up.

I had the hitch installed, processed registration from out of state (thanks to Chrissy my amazing title clerk who came in on her day off), processed insurance, issued an in transit permit (so they can register it back home), had my team help them load up the new ride with all their equipment and toys, and sent them on their way!!!

What an amazing display of teamwork and putting the cusomter first! So proud of my colleagues ❤️
