Here we got a 2005 5.9 Cummins, common rail block that is fully remanufactured and ready to assemble. This block has been cleaned, fully inspected, linebore checked, it was re machined in a state of the art CNC machine to be resurfaced, and bored oversized all in the same set up, and then over to a CNC diamond hone for the finish work, rewashed and painted, and had the cam bearing replaced. This block is ready to assemble, priced at $1750, also can get you an engine kit, crank, rods or new cylinder head if interested.

So it's been a while since posting anything on here, we had a busy summer here with a lot of different projects. Biggest of which was getting a new RMC V50 CNC mill, with a fourth axis rotary. Huge shout-out to the awesome guys at RMC for hooking us up with such a nice machine, this thing is even better than imagined!!! We purchased this machine with the customers in mind, to help decrease back log while adding superb quality into the machining process. Plus making it so much easier/quicker to do stroker clearancing, four bolt main conversions, true blueprinting of the block, and also lifter bores/bushings!!

Got a common rail we built up and is ready to sell, 2005 5.9 common rail Cummins motor, block has been bored .020, had the linebore checked, magnafluxed for cracked, new cam bearing installed and decked, crank and rods both has been inspected and reconditioned to factory specs. Head has been checked for cracks, surface, had the valve guides knurled, a three angle valve job, surfaced and reassembled with new valve locks and valve seals, crank and rods are installed as well as the cylinder head with new head bolts. No cam or front cover, meaning you can install a custom cam of your choice. No core necessary, price is $5000 plus tax

This is a stage five aftermarket cylinder head. This has the premium inconnel valves, as well as the reliefs filled and fire rings installed in the deck. This head is designed to fit the 3406E engine all the way up to the later C15/C18 Accert engines, and we have plenty in stock. So give us a call today!

New year with some new products, first of which is brand new 60 series heads, these are brand new heads, not refurbished. We have a stock replacement head, as well as an upgraded head that has fire rings installed in the deck to assist in helping you from blowing a head gasket in engines with increased horse power, also has had the saw cuts between the cylinders filled to help with rigidity.
