When calling for service have an information check list with you:
1. Your location (City or RV Parks name)
2. RV Year Make & Model Name
3. Issue and make & model if that component - (fridge, AC unit, Water heater, Leveling system)
4. Next Trip date
As much info as you can could speed up the repair time.

We want you to enjoy your travels, so as soon as an issue pops up, even just a question, let us know to get this resolved. Give as MUCH notice on problems as summer books up REALLY quick.

Happy Camping All!! As a reminder - July is THE busiest month for camping & for those who visit our beautiful state. Please make sure you have your product info on hand when calling for repairs. Repair services don't know what product brands were installed on your RV. The make, model & serial # of what you need help with is essential for us to get you what you need and faster service as well as the parts available.
Do a systems check on everything at least a week or more before your departure date.

Hello all RVers. We suggest you write on a single sheet of paper- yes Old School - the make, model & serial # of all components in / on your RV. Fridge, furnace, generator, converter, Air Conditioner aka A/C, water heater, awning, slide system, slide toppers - l mean everything as no shop/mobile repair will know what components the mfg installed much less the serial numbers. I call that the Bible to you your RV. This goes from popups to Prevost & everything in-between.
This helps everyone involved get you better & faster service.
Remember that June thru September are the busiest for all, check your systems a couple weeks before a trip.
We try to take care of as many as we can.

It's been 1 month since moving out of the shop in Loveland and almost a month since bringing back our MOBILE service. Don is on the go for sure with an array of jobs from furnaces, winterizing, Splendide washer dryer repairs, horse trailer inspections and repairs, Aqua Hot/Hurricane/Webasco repairs, Lippert jacks, water leaks, toilet repairs - the list just keeps growing.

If you are calling about a specfic appliance repair (furnace, WH, fridge etc) - please have the make & model of it available.

Well we did it. As of Oct 1st, we no longer occupy the Loveland location. Oct 18th will start our 100% mobile service again.

Hi all!! Just to update - we are back open Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm. Closed for lunch 12-1. Please call for an appointment to drop off to dewinterize, issues you had last time you used the RV & anything else needing taken care of before your first trip out. Don't forget about your wheel bearing packs on all towables. Rule of thumb - every 2 yrs OR 10,000 -12,000 miles. Any questions- give us a call. 970-461-2424.
