The Diesel Mechanic will be responsible for performing diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on diesel engines and related equipment. Day-to-day tasks include inspecting engines, identifying problems, performing repairs, and conducting routine maintenance checks. Additional responsibilities may include welding tasks as needed to ensure the integrity of the equipment.

Qualifications:

● Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in using relevant tools and equipment

● Excellent attention to detail and safety protocols

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team

● Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous

● Vocational training or certification in diesel mechanics or a related field is preferred

Qualifications

● Diesel Mechanics and Heavy Equipment skills
● Vehicle Maintenance and Equipment Maintenance skills
● Experience in performing preventive maintenance
● Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills
● Able to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
● Ability to work well in a team environment
● Excellent communication and organizational skills
● Experience in the automotive or equipment industry is a plus
● ASE certification or other relevant certifications are a plus
● Must Provide Own Tools
