Sometimes, I’m just grateful for the kindness and thoughtful words of our customers. It is not always easy to be on the other side of the counter. Sometimes people are unkind or pushy and rude. But we have the BEST customers! Some recent reviews we have received make the effort worth it. Especially with the amount of attention some jobs need before a wrench is even picked up.
We care about our customers. It’s cool to see that reflected in their words. Thank you to everyone who takes the time to give us a review, on Google or Yelp or even Facebook. We appreciate it!

We will be closed the week of the 20th so that our technicians can spend time with their families over spring break. Boy, do we all need a vacation!
Don’t forget your snow tires need to be off soon, by May 1st, give us a call and get on the schedule.  Happy spring!

Friday Nov 14, Jim’s Precision Auto will be closed. The guys have not stopped and we wanted to give them some time off.

Snow tires with studs can only be run until May 1st. We are starting to get a lot of appointments to swap, so if you need us to, please call early and schedule!! I am hoping this is a sign that Spring is at least considering returning soon!
