This 2024 Bronco Badlands Sasquatch rolled into Extreme Motorsports already pretty rowdy from the factory… but we weren’t trying to keep it “pretty good.” We built it to be solid, controlled, and confident—the kind of Bronco that can daily drive clean, then go get hammered on the weekend and ask for more.
Up front we went all-in with the Carli Suspension Full King Coilover Kit (King coilovers) and stacked it with the right supporting parts, because the best builds aren’t just about lift—they’re about geometry, strength, and steering that actually feels right.
Carli Suspension + Steering Package
• Carli Full King Coilover Kit (King coilovers)
• Carli billet upper control arms to keep alignment stable and add real strength up top
• Carli uniball steering upgrade for tighter feel, better durability, and less “Bronco wander”
• Carli torsion sway bar to keep it flatter and more predictable when you’re moving
Rear Setup (Where It Gets Serious)
Out back we built it to track straight and stay planted:
• Carli fabricated rear 4-link arms to help the rear cycle clean and stay composed through chop
• Carli rear track bar to keep the axle centered and behaving
• Frame-side 4-link arm box plate covers for added strength and protection
• Lower shock skids because rocks and trail junk love expensive parts
Wheels + Tires
Finished it off with a combo that just works everywhere:
• Method MR701
• Toyo Open Country RT Pro — 37x12.50R17
Big footprint, aggressive stance, and traction for days.
Why Carli?
Carli’s whole deal is building parts that aren’t just flashy—they’re engineered to ride right, handle better, and hold up when you actually use the truck. Proper geometry, quality hardware, and solutions that make the Bronco feel more planted and predictable without killing drivability.
End result: a Bronco that still drives nice day-to-day, but now it’s got suspension and steering to back up the Sasquatch badge. Built right. Ready for miles.
