Just because a process works doesn’t mean it can’t be improved.
When I first started detailing, I followed the methods I was taught. But as my knowledge of science and chemistry grew, I began questioning how much product, water, and time were actually necessary to achieve the results I wanted.
Through hands-on testing, trial and error, I’ve developed my own process that reduces chemical waste, water consumption, operating costs, and most importantly, unnecessary chemical exposure, without sacrificing quality.
Not everyone agreed with my approach, and that’s okay. I didn’t change my process to be different. I changed it because my testing showed me there was a better way to work, improve my safety, and lower product costs.
Never stop learning. Never stop questioning.
Question. Test. Improve.
