Do you go through another belts on your rzr. I can help with alignment issue. 7605608643. You see it the picture how that belt is not perfectly centered. Well that belt only lasted 350 miles. Three things that will cost you money.
1. Belts and lots of them
2. Premature failure of primary bearing.
3. One side of clutch wears uneven. ( result is replace clutch)

So my recommendation for everyone with rzr .either check yourself or when you take your rzr to have serviced ask them to double check the alignment of belt. CLARKS MOTORCYCLE CENTER

Just a reminder for all the Polaris Rzr owners: Clarks Motorcycle Center is now offering full clutch services. Adjusting for bigger tires or just a removal and complete inspection of all clutch parts w/cleaning. Clutches are one of the most over looked service points. Imperial Valley has sand and fine dust that will destroy your clutch. With regular removal, inspection and cleaning you can save yourself thousands of dollars.
