Been a very busy week took the interior out to finally fix the pain that is the parking brake on the manual JKs. While I have the seats out going to deep clean the interior and lay down some sound deadener and a layer of heat insulation on top of that for a quieter and more enjoyable ride on these long trips.

While I have it broken down to the bare metal we plan to also add some hidden power sources and run our charging cables up the pillars for a clean view out the windshield.

Just got back from an outing with good friends and great sites to see while out adventuring the Ozark National Forest. These Federal Tire Couragia MTs had ZERO trouble getting ourselves and the trailer pulled through the mountains over the hills and through the rivers.

Thankful as well for remembering to grab this RYOBI TOOLS USA air compressor able to get the 35” tires back from 15psi to 35 no problem on a single battery as well as take care of our air mattress for the entire trip.

Loaded down and headed out to the Ozark National Forest for the weekend with the MS Hill Country Overlanding group.

This week we tore apart the front axle and installed all new seals gaskets and fluid to prepare for any water crossing we encounter, received a set of radios from our friends over at BTECH - BaoFeng for communications along the trip with the rest of the convoy.
