Responsibilities
• Greet customers and provide an outstanding service experience
• Write accurate repair orders and clearly communicate vehicle concerns
• Recommend maintenance and repair services based on manufacturer guidelines and technician findings
• Keep customers informed about repair costs, timelines, and progress
• Work closely with technicians to ensure efficient workflow
• Follow up with customers regarding recommended and declined services
• Build strong customer relationships and help maintain high satisfaction scores
• Contribute to dealership goals for customer satisfaction, sales, and profitability
Qualifications
• Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred, but not required
• GM dealership experience is a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Good computer and organizational skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to explain automotive repairs in terms customers can easily understand
• Valid driver's license required
