Automotive Detail Technician
Next Dimension Detailing – Brainerd Lakes Area, MN
Next Dimension Detailing is seeking a motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented Automotive Detail Technician to join our growing team.
We are an established authority in professional vehicle care and protection in the Brainerd Lakes Area, specializing in professional detailing, paint correction, ceramic coatings, and paint protection services. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, wants to continue developing their skills, and is interested in growing alongside the business.

Position Responsibilities
Depending on experience and training, responsibilities may include:
- Interior and exterior automotive detailing
- Thorough vehicle washing and decontamination
- Interior cleaning, vacuuming, extraction, and steam cleaning
- Wheel, tire, engine bay, and exterior detail work
- Machine polishing and paint correction
- Vehicle preparation for ceramic coatings and paint protection services
- Ceramic coating installation
- Maintaining an organized and clean work environment
- Following established procedures and quality-control standards
- Proper care and maintenance of detailing tools and equipment
Experience
Professional detailing experience is preferred, but the right attitude, work ethic, and ability to learn are extremely important to us.
Candidates with professional experience in paint correction, ceramic coatings, tint, PPF, undercoating, or other automotive appearance services are strongly encouraged to apply.

Schedule & Compensation
Pay: Competitive and based on demonstrated experience, skill level, efficiency, and capabilities.
Schedule: Full-time opportunity during peak season. Hours may vary during off peak season. Specific schedule and hours will be discussed during the interview process.
Candidates may be asked to complete an in-person interview and paid working interview so we can evaluate real-world skill, efficiency, attention to detail, and overall fit.
