The adventure of aftermarket parts .put a crankshaft on this 1000 Rzr motor .customer had aftermarket cylinder and some timing chain guides .the tensioner that came with the kit he sent wouldn’t work because it was something else so I tried the original one .needless to say it didn’t work and that’s as far as it will go in .hitting the guide .im thinking the guides are wrong .had it together and timed .now I get to do it again 🫨

Some of yesterday and some of today’s adventures .680 rincon fuel pump replacement , injector ,and fuel line back to oem parts Icv was sticking but found the throttle body had been broke .got one on the way .got the 1000 turbo motor out and ready to ship back to Nflow ,done the valves and seals and some work on another 1000 Rzr engine that I have been rebuilding then I fixed my daughters car.someone was gonna change a wheel bearing but stripped off the special theft lug nut .i didn’t do any of the drilling or chiseling on the stud .i took the whole assembly off and ground the stud head off from the back .i won’t mention any names but he looks like a middle aged butch le***an and drives a Subaru. 😂😂

A little bit of today’s work .2014 420 rancher engine tear down for a rebuild .this evening I decided to shovel the rocks and roots left from the dirt I hauled home for the wifes flower boxes .then I decided to try and fix some warped axles and bars on my old trailer .its not perfect but it will do

Today’s work .04 yz 125 .cogs and chain ,petcock and carb kit .waiting on front wheel bearing kit .170 Rzr lined out .raptor 90 new battery and cleaned carb but it’s too far gone .so new carb and a shift shaft oil seal .pulled the motor out of a 1000 Polaris turbo

Me the wife and my ole mean grandson got a lot done today.clearing out an area in town so we can host a kids fishing day next spring .already moved about 30-40 trees and a buried a bunch of trash .its shaping up to be a nice area that many can use .if anyone has some ideas or would like to help then hit us up .thank ya
