Survey and sea trial today on this awesome 2008 Mainship 40 Expedition in Rhode Island. Not a lot of these were built. Lots of Mainships lately. Closing on my 390 this week in GA and another survey on my 430 in FL coming up. Have a nice 34 and a 400 coming soon. If you have a Mainship to sell or are looking I’d love to talk!

Think tides can be a pain where you live? The tide here today was 21 feet! But truly one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever been!

Even boat brokers take a vacation now and then. This week I’m on a hiking trip through the English countryside and the Cotswolds. Today we did a hike up and around the perimeter of Bath. A town full of canals and these old manually operated locks. If you’re planning to do the great loop you will go through dozens of them but they’re much easier to deal with than these! I’d love to help you find your loop boat or sell one that you completed your journey of a lifetime on. Let’s chat!

Check out this beautiful Carver 444 in Bradenton, FL. One of the best layouts I think Carver ever made. Spacious and roomy, but with a beautiful cockpit and sliding door to the master, so you can step outside and sip coffee in the morning or watch a sunset.
This beauty has new electronics, brand new Upholstery in the flybridge, and extremely low hours. She’s ready for her next journey or to be a great liveaboard floating home. Asking $229k

Call today to see this amazing vessel in person.

Crazy day yesterday for a survey. In 18 years I can’t think of too many days with worse weather. Pouring down rain, thunderstorms, and howling wind. Fortunately, we were on a great boat, this 43 Silverton motor Yacht. I sold it to the current owners several years ago and they completed their great loop on it. Now in Fort Myers Beach and represented by the legendary Brent Bowlin of Great Loop Yacht Sales. Also had the pleasure of spending the day with Tom Lockhard of Eagle Eye Marine Surveys. Spending the day with great clients/brokers/surveyor made a miserable day actually quite pleasurable.

If you were thinking of selling your boat or if your boat shopping, I would love to help. Let’s talk.
