With the future of Desoto Speedway soon to be decided I figured it would be fun to take a trip down memory lane with the track supporters. I would like to ask everyone to share you favorite memory of the track on this feed, include a picture if possible. Whatever the future may hold is we have no control over. Whether you were a driver, fan or employee the high banks was certainly somewhere special to spend time with friends and families. Please share and keep everything on this original feed so we all can appreciate what the track has meant to everyone.

Meet Ethan James born 1/8/18. Ethan is here because of Desoto Speedway where his parents, driver Steve James and track photographer Julie Bartram met. Whatever the future may hold for the track something good surely came from last season.
He has racing in his blood. His maternal grandparents Dallas Bartram & Denise Karnes were racers. His paternal Grandfather Larry Darling Sr. was a racer. His dad Steve James and his Uncle Jason Bartram are current drivers.
