I’m not sure if this is why we’ve been so slow lately but it’s worth sending the reminder. Please Support Small Local Businesses!

Please keep in mind, IT IS ILLEGAL FOR THE INSURANCE COMPANIES TO STEER YOU TO THEIR "SELECT SHOPS". They are careful with their wording but they lead you to believe that you have to take it to one of their shops. It is your right to have repairs done at the shop you choose. Paul Robert Auto Body warrantees all of our work in spite of what the insurance companies lead you to believe. It is your right to get an estimate and have repairs done at the shop of your choice. Please support your small business and don't let the insurance companies bully you. Our customer service and quality of work is top notch because we have to fight against insurance companies steering to get every job. Don't hesitate to contact us with any questions you may have. We can also provide a copy of the Maine State Insurance Steering Law also if you would like one.

Another example of how amazing our customers are! One customer showed up with this beautiful Christmas Cactus, then the very next day another customer showed up with this adorable Grinch flower pot that they made! They made a great pairing! I love working for a small owner operatorated business because we get to get to know our customers and they get to know us. Our customers are much more than just a number!
