The 2026 ARA season has now wrapped. The Overall championship came down to the final stage of the final race of the season.

We talk about who won, and some of the other stories of the event.

Super GT Round 7 is at the Autopolis Circuit this weekend. How will the BRZ GT300 fair this time out?

The Japan Mobility Show has started, but not much news will be coming out for couple of weeks. Subaru has shown something they are working on, but is it more concerning than exciting?

There is some good news for the 2027 Impreza, all of the trim levels are getting the FB25 engine, and the price is now lower. Is this a good direction for Subaru to be going in? And how does it compare to some of the other car releases that have been announced this week?

Finally, we have an update on our Subaru Sprue designs that you won't want to miss.

If you own a car, it is pretty much a given that at some point you will need to take it to a shop to get some kind of work done.

It could be that you just need to get your oil changed, or a new set of tires put on.

But if you have a car that you have started to modify, or you are looking to start a build on your car, there is a good chance that you will need to find an experienced shop to help you along the path with your build for anything from installs, fabrication, set-up, tuning, etc.

For this conversation, we sit down with Dan from Mach V Motorsports and Tony from Turn in Concepts to talk about the best practices to find a shop to work with.

It has been a while since we have updated you on some of the projects that we are working on, and some of you have been especially eager to hear about the progress with the 8HP transmission.

For this episode of our Flatirons Tuning Shop Chronicles, we bring you the latest on the 8HP swap, what car it was going in, and what engine we were attaching it to.

We also show you the latest on our Pikes Peak WRX STI, and what we are working on now.

Finally, we give you the latest update on our 2024 VB WRX that we are building into a L4WD Rally car. We have made some good progress, but we have a long way to do.

Hopefully we can start testing any and all of these cars here soon.
