We have a rare spot available. It is a 12 x 70 spot, so you can put two vehicles in it (one of only 3 spots we have that allows for 2 vehicles in one spot). And it has a 50 amp electric hook up, so you can keep your a/c running in these hot months. Contact me for more info, if you are interested.

Everything is looking good here at Park N Place after the freeze. All of the buildings withstood the weight and no frozen pipes! Just a friendly reminder to be careful under roof overhangs as there might be some ice falling off as it continues to melt.

Kids rolled the police department and I am in love with their response. But, it did not stop here. No. A war has started, and it is has been so fun to watch it play out.

RARE SUMMER COLD FRONT! A push of cooler air will bring relief to many parts of the country late Friday into Saturday. For the ArKLaTex, we are talking highs generally in the upper 80s by Saturday which is below average for this time of year. While not technically "cool" it will be much better than it is now and humidity should also come down a bit.

It's the height of summer, so it being hot in the southern U.S. is no surprise. BUT, when triple digits during the day barely drop to 80 overnight, it becomes extremely dangerous. Extreme and record heat is likely throughout the South through next week with extreme impacts possible for those without adequate cooling or hydration.
