RAIN TOTALS GOING UP! We have multiple rounds of storms on the way over the next week and some of that rain could be very heavy at times. I think most of this comes on Monday with another big wave toward the end of next week. By the time all is said and done, I think many areas could pick up 4-6" of rain with some localized amounts over 8" possible! Great news for our drought but this could cause some flooding concerns at times. Our team will continue to give you the FIRST ALERT as this evolves in the coming days.

We have a rare spot available. It is a 12 x 70 spot, so you can put two vehicles in it (one of only 3 spots we have that allows for 2 vehicles in one spot). And it has a 50 amp electric hook up, so you can keep your a/c running in these hot months. Contact me for more info, if you are interested.

Everything is looking good here at Park N Place after the freeze. All of the buildings withstood the weight and no frozen pipes! Just a friendly reminder to be careful under roof overhangs as there might be some ice falling off as it continues to melt.
