Another happy customer with a rust repair job. The truck was in almost immaculate shape as it had been oil undercoated for all of its life. Unfortunately, without drilling access holes there is no good way to get the oil undercoating inside the cab corners, to prevent hidden rust from forming. So we cut out all the rust affected areas and welded in new material. We then finished it off with the correct color matched paint. We then made access holes in the inner rocker panel area, with rubber plugs, so moving forward the customer can easily get oil undercoating to the inside of the cab corners to prevent any hidden rust in the future.

Here we have another project we completed earlier this year. We are not just here for your automotive needs, but we also do a large amount of work on trailers. We also do a decent amout of welding and fabrication on certain projects. This trailer was brought to us in real bad shape. One axle was just floating under the trailer as the hardware attaching the axle to the trailer was heavily rotted and falling apart. Both fenders and a taillight bracket had been ripped off the trailer by hitting various objects. The steel decking on the trailer had roughly 50% of the welds broken. And what was left of the wiring was in shambles. We rewired the entire trailer and upgraded the lighting to high intensity LED lights. We then completely went through and refurbished the entire suspension system. And then we proceeded to straighten out what was left of the inner fenders and welded new fenders and a taillight bracket to the trailer aswell as repairing all the broken welds holding the decking to the trailer.

We need to get better at posting some of the work we have been doing. As busy as It has been the past few months, it's time to post some of what we have been up to. This customer was in for some collision repair after a truck ran up over the drivers side front fender, the headlight, and the front bumper. all of the damaged items got replaced, and paint matched. Anyone familiar with the three stage ford paint Ruby Red can confirm just how much of a pain it is to match this color properly, but we pulled it off and the customer was very happy with the final results.

This week we have another rust repair job. We replaced the drivers floor pan and part of a floor brace under the floor pan. All welded in, urethane seam sealer around all seams and welds. Then we uses a rubberized based undercoating to add an extra layer of protection against future rust and rot.

Here is another happy customer with an extensive frame repair job we finished up this week. All rot was cut out and new steel welded in. Then we cover the patched area with with some larger plates, and finish up with some undercoating. All said and done the repaired area is now much stronger then the frame was from the factory.

Another very satisfied customer. It's always great to get feedback like this. Now this particular customer had a horrible experience with another shop. The shop took the vehicle in, and started some work that wasn't turning out too well. Part way through the tear down process the individual person running said shop disappeared and left this customer high and dry. With the customer out 2000$ for a deposit, and his truck sitting in the bay partially cut apart and also having a door off the truck. I was introduced to the customer. We took the job on and got it done in just under a week. We also fixed a few rot holes in the frame replacing the rotted material then covering the affected area in some heavy 1/8th inch steel plate. Then we got to repairing the passengers door that the previous shop had just cut the wire harness. They spread a bunch of body filler on the outside of the door, when the customer didn't even approve the shop to address that. Thank you Carl for all the assistance in getting this vehicle done in an expedited manner all while maintaining the Eaton's Automotive level of quality workmanship.
