Its always a little depressing when the summer winds down, but look at the bright side. The fall is the best time to get behind the wheel and enjoy the experience. Cars run better in cooler and drier air, and you spend less time staring at the temp gauge.

My M/T HEMI Pontiac engine will be on display Saturday at my show here in eastern Arizona. This engine is the only known complete HEMI Pontiac engine surviving to be sold out of M/Ts shop in 1963! Yes! Pontiac built a HEMI engine and it beat everyone at the biggest drag race of the year! The US Nationals. The most successful Pontiac engine in drag racing history putting everyone on the trailer including Don Garlits! No other Pontiac engine has come close. Part of the Pontiac Heaven collection.

Another Muncie 4 speed total overhaul out the door. Building every make model manual units since the 1980s. ALL Muncie,BWT10, ALL NP833, Big and small shaft Toploader. Too many others to mention.

No need to ship units to out of area shops. Everything done here. We also offer special detail of casings and hardware if desired.

Muncie build for this great looking 34 built for land speed events. This unit had quite a bit of previous damage, includung a bent mainshaft,but its all together and ready for the next event. At the speeds and RPM these parts run, its essential to be thorough.

Check it out. Obviously some manifolds will kill power more than others. Most testing I have done shown headers beating manifolds. But the spread not as wide as some think.

Sharp '69 427 Tripower 4 speed Vette in for a few items and driveability concerns . The LeMans blue color really pops.

This is a near 30 year old build. It has received a few minor upgrades along the way, but its basically the same in all respects.

In house streetable 440 +.030, aluminum head with modified 6 pack and one of the first run of the Keisler/Tremec 5 speed conversions

The owner has driven it, probably more miles than most. He isnt afraid to take it anywhere. . Sure, he shows it, but the ultimate purpose is the driving experience. Its even been to the track a couple of times, running low 12s at mphs suggesting solidly in the high 11s with more seat time.

And it sounds great.!

Enjoy your Memorial Day weekend, friends.

Fresh 70 Corvette finally getting close to done here. Tired smallblock and 4 speed out and Big Block Tremec TKX in. Whole lot of other details -ill follow it up once the last final bugs sorted.
