I locked myself out of my car and called AAA for help. The help opened my car door but I didn’t realize until days later he bent my upper right side drivers door out so fat that it left a gap, large enough to allow air and rain inside. I started an insurance claim. I had been told that returning the metal door back to its normal position might be expensive. I started to worry and a friend suggested I stop by Accurate Northwest Auto Body in Bonners Ferry to see what it might cost.
I stopped by and met their estimator, Celia. I told her the problem and she came out to the car. She said it was an easy fix, to call my insurance company and cancel the claim and come back to their shop any morning and they would fix my car within ten minutes for free. I went home and told my husband. We drove back to the shop the next morning. They fixed the door perfectly, and it only took five minutes. I kept thinking how some companies might have taken advantage of me. But this business did not. They were friendly, honest, and saved me money, and not just for the repair. She was just as concern about my future insurance payments rising because I made a claim.
I highly recommend Accurate Northwest Auto Body. They are terrific.
