The first 2023 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 auctioned for $3.6 million to raise money for military families. The Corvette was donated by GM to raise money for Operation Homefront, an organization that provides support to military families, and was bought by NASCAR team owner and car dealer Rick Hendrick.

US Army 1956 Chevy raises $1 million at auction for vets' Honor Flight charity. A 1956 Chevrolet 150 was originally used as a U.S. Army Staff car at the Sioux Army Depot in Sidney, NE through 1964. $1 million was raised for the Honor Flight charity for veterans to visit Washington DC memorials.

A Rare 1987 Buick GNX muscle car driven just 262 miles sold for $205,000. The GNX was an evolution of the Buick Grand National and featured a turbocharged 3.8-liter V6 officially rated at 276 hp, but suspected to put out much more, that made it one of the quickest cars in the world in its day.
