Did you know roughly half of our FlexArmor jobs are paid for through insurance claims? đź‘€

This Grand Design Reflection is a perfect example of why having your roof inspected matters. It previously had a “new roof” installed by simply overlaying 1/4” plywood over the old roof. Improper installation caused the overlaid plywood start to let go and would eventually wear a hole in the rubber!

We’re removing both layers, re-decking the entire roof, and getting it properly prepped for FlexArmor! 💪

Finally got a break in the rain, so our latest Dach arrivals are out and ready for test drives. Stop out to Plaza RV and check out our Dach LSV inventory. If you don’t live in a town with a golf cart ordinance, our Dach units are licensed and titled, so they are street legal even in towns without a golf cart ordinance. Give us a call and learn more about where the Dach LSVs can be driven in Iowa!!

Another Grand Design Momentum is in the shop and ready for a FlexArmor upgrade! đź’Ş

This unit came in with a failed Eternabond patch that allowed moisture to get trapped underneath. While Eternabond can be a temporary repair, it can also hold moisture against the roof when water gets underneath, leading to bigger problems like deteriorated decking and hidden damage.

We’re getting this roof properly prepped, addressing any damage we find, and then sealing it up with FlexArmor for a long-term, worry-free solution.

No more patches. No more chasing leaks. Just a roof built to last.

Things are moving right along with this Grand Design Imagine! We’ve finished the prep work and sprayed the new FlexArmor roof. Next up is reinstalling all the roof components, and then it’ll be ready to head back to its owner.

With a FlexArmor roof, they can enjoy a lifetime of worry-free protection with no more roof maintenance hassles!

🚨 Next up in the shop: a Grand Design Imagine that took a beating from hail.

Instead of replacing it with another rubber roof, the customer chose to upgrade to a FlexArmor seamless sprayed roof. When you already have an insurance claim, it’s the perfect opportunity to invest in a roof that won’t chalk, shrink, or require constant resealing.

We’ll be bringing this one back better than new—stay tuned for the finished transformation! 💪
