🚗 **Big news!** We’re excited to share that Gee Automotive Companies has reached an agreement to acquire the Jim Click Automotive Team and Tuttle-Click Automotive Group, welcoming 16 dealerships across Southern Arizona and Southern California into the Gee Automotive family later this year.

This milestone reflects our continued growth and long-term commitment to the communities we serve. All dealerships will continue operating under their existing names, with the same local teams in place — serving customers just as they always have.

We’re honored to carry forward the legacy built by Jim Click and Tuttle-Click and look forward to what’s ahead. 🚘

The Jim Click Automotive Team has agreed to sell its dealership operations to Gee Automotive Companies in a deal covering 16 dealerships in Arizona and California.

Embracing Team and Family at Gee Automotive Lyle Pearson

Hugo Martinez was hired on as a technician at Lyle Pearson upon moving to Boise, relocating from Beverly Hills, CA. Much like many careers, the move brought challenges, but he took advantage of learning opportunities that Lyle Pearson had to offer, such as traveling to states such as California and Texas to participate in training. "I have been able to expand my knowledge in this industry and also be a great asset to a team here in Boise," says Martinez.

Hugo thoroughly enjoys being able to positively impact our customers. “I have met so many amazing customers that have touched my life and I have also impacted many customers life as well. I have grown as an individual, personally and professionally.”

"I just want to thank Lyle Pearson for giving me the opportunity 20 years ago, all the managers that saw potential in me and kept encouraging me. Thank you to Gee Automotive for the new change and great management that is always there to support us. Everyone is always willing to help one another. Thank you to Tina Turley for always being willing to explain anything I have questions on," Martinez expresses.

Grateful for the support from Gee Automotive, Martinez looks forward to retiring with the company he considers family.

It’s official! Please join us in welcoming all Honda World team members to the Gee Automotive family, as Gee’s purchase of the dealership became effective today. This is Gee’s first dealership in California, and we are excited to enter the Southern California market. The addition of Honda World in Westminster, California brings our dealership count to 38, with 44 new vehicle franchises. Honda World has an outstanding reputation in the market, exceptional Honda Sales performance and Customer Satisfaction, and strong community involvement.
