🚨Another "preferred shop" reinspection🚨 This vehicle was brought to a Caliber Collision right here in Boise. After repairs it was brought to an independent shop because of the bumper fitment and windshield wiper was no longer working correctly. After getting into it they found unprotected welds, broken clips on the windshield post interior part( where the side curtain airbags are), and the wiper module was burned and damaged, and the seam sealer was poorly done and not complete, and the paint was done poorly. This is the type of quality you are getting when you select an insurance preferred shop. It's your vehicle, choose an independent shop!

🚨You have the right to choose!🚨The insurance company wants you to go to their "preferred shop". Why do you think that is? Do you think it benefits you? Little hint: it only benefits the insurance company. How? They get to dictate repairs and cut costs by using not crash tested aftermarket parts, used parts, and tell the shop to do incomplete repairs to save them money. If your vehicle ends in a total loss, they wont tell you about your right to appraisal to dispute the value of your vehicle because they work for the insurance company not you. Its so sad that the only person who suffers when they go to the preferred shop is the vehcile owner! Choose safe friends!

OEM stands for Original Equipment Manufacturer. And we use OEM parts for our repairs even if insurance wants to use aftermarket parts. Aftermarket parts are not crash tested, they don’t fit, and are cheaply made overseas. We want to make sure you are safe after a repair so we use OEM parts. Drive safe friends!

The vehicle next to this 2023 Nissan Rogue had a small explosion and caused damage to the entire passenger side of the vehicle. We repaired the vehicle and billed a total of $16,766.63 and Liberty Mutual Insurance tried to "customize" their payment by only paying $12,307.72. The customer decided they did not want to pay $4,458.91 out of pocket so they invoked the appraisal clause and hired Collision Safety Consultants of Idaho to appraise the loss. The two appraisers decided that the amount to repair the vehicle was $16,129.18. That's within $650 of our final amount. Thank you to the customer for advocating for themselves. As Collision Safety says: Don't let the company that owes you money tell you how much they owe you! Drive and insure safe friends!

This 1988 GMC C15 Stepside came to us with some moderate front and rear end damage but the customer said he wanted the truck "completely restored". Normally not something we do because it is so expensive but he said he was willing to pay whatever it cost to fix it. He was the only owner of the vehicle. So we completely restored it taking out all damage, adding 3-stage paint, new interior courtesy of McDowells Specialty Repair, and lowered the rear suspension to level it. Customer was so happy when he picked it up he actually cried a little bit. So cool to do this one! Looking for our next big project! Drive safe friends!

Our first priority is safety. People bring their vehicles to us to make sure they get back on the road safely after a collision. We use OEM parts and procedures and That is why we do the OEM required SRS safety inspections. Your insurance preferred shop does not do them because insurance won’t pay them to do it. This one was a referral from a very good friend of the shop. This 24 Super duty got hit at a stop light. It hit the front bumper, right front fender, and right door. Repaired with all OEM parts this one was paid in full at $18,956.92 with the customer paying nothing out of pocket. Drive safe friends!
