We seem to get a lot of these large vans here at the shop. This one was a huge undertaking as we found structural damage to the right apron so bad that it needed full replacement. The apron actually goes inside the cab of the vehicle so we had to remove all of the interior components to ensure a safe repair. Got repair procedures from Mercedes Benz and got this huge van repaired correctly. Drive safe friends!

🚨Post repair inspection Part 2🚨If you choose the insurance preferred shop, you may get holes drilled into the floor of your vehicle. This was an all around unsafe and poor repair done by your local insurance preferred shop.

🚨Right to Appraisal Success🚨We repaired this 2024 Bronco back to pre-accident condition for $25,057.37. Progressive decided "their position" was the repairs only cost $17,161.43. Instead of the customer having to pay the difference out of pocket we educated the customer about the Right to Appraisal in their insurance policy. The customer Invoked the appraisal clause and hired Collision Safety Consultants of Idaho as their appraiser. After the two independent appraisers looked at the overwhelming documentation of the repair they came to an agreed repair amount of $24,401.44. That is within $700 of our final bill amount. As CSC says " Don't trust the company that owes you money to tell you how much they owe you" -- Drive safe friends!

Through our "Choose Adesa Auto Body then choose a charity" we were able to raise $500 for Boise Rescue Mission Ministries to help people who have fallen upon hard times right here in our community. We are so happy to be a part of their mission! Thank you for all you do for Boise!

This 2024 Toyota Rav 4 had rock chips on almost the entire front end and left side. We got all of the chips removed and all parts replaced with OEM parts. Progressive ended up paying us in full $16,764.37 (even though they didn't want to). Another happy customer back on the road. Drive safe friends!

There is a difference between the body shops repair bill and the insurance companies “willing to pay” amount. Now what? Well with most insurers you can invoke the appraisal clause and have two independent appraisers look at the repairs and determine a reasonable cost of repairs. Another amazing Adesa vendor: Sticker Status Wraps . These guys do all things automotive customization. They do business wraps, color change wraps, business decals, stickers, paint protection film, window tint, and ceramic coatings.
