I hate when people complain about aftermarket parts. Don’t be mad at the body shop, we have to put what you’re insurance company tells us to and pays for. If you don’t like that complain to them, just remember you signed the fine line when you got your insurance, read it because it says in there that you’re OK with using aftermarket parts . Trust me body shops don’t like it anymore than you do. It’s harder on us. We try to make it perfect and I personally go above and beyond to make every customer happy . Our biggest delay are parts getting to us. It is hard for people to understand there is a process in place and it takes time. It’s just as frustrating to me as it is to the customer having to wait for responses that sometimes don’t come for a week at a time and that stretches a small job into a couple weeks sometimes even a month.
