Stratton Auto Sales has the position that has come available for a detail team member. This is a full time position that will work 40 hours a week. The main responsibilities include cleaning interior and exterior of each unit we sell. Qualifications include:

- Experience with orbital buffer is preferred
- Ability to drive a manual transmission is a plus
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to get low to the ground and back up numerous times a day
- Ability to pay attention to detail, while at the same time remain efficient
- Be a quick learner

Attention to detail is a must! Experience is preferred, but willing to train.

Stratton Auto Sales has the position that has come available for an inventory clerk. This is a full time position that will work 40 hours a week. Responsibilities include:

- Adding all purchases to inventory;
- Completing weekly inventory along with reports;
- Verification of vehicle options;
- Complete sale of vehicles off inventory;
- Filing of all paperwork;
- Making/sending contracts to customers;
- Ensure prompt collection of sold units.

Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel is required. Attention to detail is a must! High school diploma or equivalent is necessary, associate degree is preferred. Compensation is in line with experience.

Stratton Auto Sales has the position that has come available for a title clerk / accounting assistant. This is a full time position that will work 40 hours a week. Responsibilities include:

- Process incoming title work;
- Assist with customers when necessary;
- Perform data entry functions and make bank deposit slips;
- Complete monthly reconciliations;
- Perform weekly audits of title inventory;
- Assist with billing out vehicles that are hand sold to other dealers;
- Ensure that hand sold units have payment and title exchanges set up;
- Perform deal jacket audits to ensure vehicle files are in proper order and located in the proper place;
- Directly assist the CFO with certain basic accounting functions.

Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Quickbooks is required. Attention to detail is a must! Maintaining a positive attitude while being able to multitask is also a huge plus. Associate degree needed.

Stratton Auto Sales, Bluffton Auto Repair, and Main Street Rentals is sad to announce the passing of our dear Rodney Stratton. Rodney played a big role and support of our Owners Jay & Shawn Stratton. Without Rodney’s support, we would not be the dealership we are today.

In order to honor Rodney, we have decided to work a partial day, Friday, September 3rd, so our employees can pay their respects. Our hours for Friday are posted below

Stratton Auto Sales - 8-11 AM
Main Street Rentals - 8-11 AM
Bluffton Auto Repair - 8-10 AM

We will reopen to our normal hours on Tuesday, September 7th.
