If you’re running a Cummins, Duramax, or Powerstroke and you’ve been thinking about intercooler upgrades, the question isn’t “can it be done?”—it’s “will it hold up under real work?” We break down whether S&B intercooler pipes and boots are worth the money, with a mechanics-first look at fit, function, and reliability for towing, hauling, and daily-duty drivers. With decades of diesel experience behind every recommendation, we focus on proven solutions that protect uptime, not hype. If you want the straight answer on performance without compromising durability, this one’s for you.

Rear Differential Service ⚙️

One of the most overlooked maintenance items.

How often?
We recommend every 30,000–60,000 miles under severe use (towing, hauling, or off-road driving) and every 60,000–100,000 miles under normal driving.

Why It Matters
Gear oil lubricates and cools your differential’s gears and bearings. Over time, it breaks down and becomes contaminated, leading to increased wear and potentially costly repairs. Routine service helps keep your differential protected and performing as intended.

Diesel injector testing isn’t just “checking codes”—it shows you what’s really happening inside the pump-to-nozzle system: spray quality, leak-down behavior, balance between cylinders, and how each injector is performing under load. In a shop setting, that data is what separates guessing from proven diagnosis, saving you from repeat failures and unnecessary parts swaps. When you run Cummins, Duramax, or Powerstroke platforms, the right test results can explain hard starts, rough idle, power loss, and uneven wear before downtime gets expensive. At Gillett Diesel Service, we bring decades of diesel expertise and honest, mechanically grounded guidance to every injector diagnosis.

The factory grid heater has become one of the most discussed reliability concerns on late-model 6.7L Cummins trucks.

Fleece Performance’s new Intake & Grid Heater Kit replaces the factory grid heater assembly with a high-flow intake manifold and billet intake plate while eliminating the factory grid heater failure point.

A single part number fits all 07.5-24 RAM 6.7L Cummins applications, including pickup and cab & chassis trucks, while retaining the factory fuel line.

Our first shipment just hit the warehouse and they’re ready to go.
