The next project is officially on its way to the Ford Brothers Rod Shop.

We just picked up this incredibly clean 1966 Chevrolet Nova II Wagon, and it’s currently making its way home.

Under the hood is a healthy 383 Stroker backed by a 200R4 overdrive transmission, and it’s already a fantastic car.

But we’re not stopping there.

This wagon is getting the Ford Brothers treatment.

The plan is simple: lower it, give it the perfect stance, add a modern set of wheels, darken the glass, and build a clean, understated pro-touring wagon that still respects its 1966 roots.

Swipe to the end to see the renderings of where we’re headed.

We can’t wait to get this one in the shop and bring the vision to life. Follow along as we document every step of the transformation.

🔥 New Project – 1947 Ford Super Deluxe 🔥

Just picked up a really solid 1947 Ford Super Deluxe, and this one checked a lot of the boxes for the kind of project we like to start with.

This car still wears its original paint and natural patina, and that’s exactly how it’s going to stay. The body tells the story of the car’s life, and we’re not interested in erasing that history with fresh paint.

What really makes this car exciting is that it’s already been built to drive and enjoy, not just sit in a garage.

Here’s some of what it already has:

• Mild built 302 V8
• C4 automatic transmission
• Mustang II front suspension
• Power steering
• Front power disc brakes
• Tilt steering column
• Aftermarket gauges
• Cold A/C
• Nice sounding stereo
• New wheels and tires
• Solid floors and trunk

It was even a Hot Rod Power Tour car in 2025, so it’s already proven it can get out on the road and run with the best of them.

The plan from here is to keep the weathered patina exterior, but elevate everything else.

Next phase of the build will include:

• Full custom leather interior
• Air bag suspension
• Additional refinements to make it an even better cruiser

The goal is simple:
Keep the character of a 1947 Ford on the outside, but make it feel like a modern custom inside.

This is going to be a fun project to watch come together.

Stay tuned — more updates coming soon.
