I was certain this would be something he was going to screw up! sign it unless you want to be relegated to paying for every website you visit or buying website packages like you buy cable channels so say goodbye to small websites. Only the corporate ones will be able to survive. Rather than just paying for the amount you use monthly because it's delivered to your house as a public resource they want to privatize everything. That's one of the scenarios but no matter what if it gets changed it will destroy the internet as we currently know it.
