Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Car Detailer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cleaning and detailing vehicles to the highest standards while also assisting with Penske truck rental transactions. This is a dual role that requires a keen eye for detail and strong customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough cleaning and detailing of vehicles, including washing, waxing, restoring headlights, touchups and interior cleaning ect.
- Inspect vehicles for damage and report any issues to management.
- Assist customers with Penske truck rental inquiries and transactions.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing area and rental office.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve departmental goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in automotive detailing preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with Penske truck rental processes is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for cleanliness.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
