• Are inspections and maintenance up to date?
• Which vehicles are creating the most downtime?
• Can you see where drivers and vehicles are when plans change?
• Do you have clear records when a customer questions an arrival time?

Meet Jen, one of the newest members of the Zubie team working with car rental operators, from small independent businesses to larger, multi-location operations.

"The biggest misconception fleet managers have before they start using Zubie is that it's simply a way to track where your vehicles are," Jen says. "That's part of it, but there's so much more behind the platform. It becomes less about knowing where your cars are and more about knowing what's happening across your fleet."

For Jen, success in a client's first 90 days means they're already comfortable with the technology, using the data to make better decisions, and discovering benefits they didn't realize they were missing. "The best outcome is when Zubie starts to feel less like another system to manage and more like a tool they genuinely rely on."

Outside of work, Jen trades a fast-paced day for the garden, and swears by a strong cafecito to get through it. She also has a soft spot for punk music and finding somewhere new to eat.
