Cross Paint & Body is adding a Shop Assistant to our team!
Work full-time for the area's preeminent Auto Body Shop washing vehicles after completion, helping keep the shop area clean, and assisting body technicians as needed. This is a FULL-TIME position. Monday through Friday.
Must be dependable, punctual, and willing to work hard. Must be able to pay close attention to detail, and MUST know how to clean a vehicle. MUST HAVE A GOOD WORK ETHIC.
We offer a competitive wage along with paid time off after a probationary period.

Cross Paint & Body Shop Inc. has an immediate opening for an auto body repair technician. In business for nearly 25 years, Cross is one of the premier paint and body shops located in Monroe County, Indiana. We are offering very competitive pay, vacation pay, in a worker-friendly environment where our employees are a valued and respected part of our team.
This position is full-time Monday through Friday and requires, repair, replacement, and refinishing skills. We are looking for a motivated person to join our body shop team.

Position responsibilities include:
• Read an estimate
• Repair, Replacement of body panels
• Prep and prime repairs insuring proper fit
• Color match & Refinish

Qualifications include:
• Body shop experience of 6 months or more
• Working knowledge of body panel repair, replacement, and refinish
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Positive attitude
• Ability to read and follow a repair estimate
• Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced production environment
• Attention to detail is a must
• Must have the standard body man’s tools
• Willing to submit to a drug screen and background check
