Mike Burch Ford is looking for an experienced, hands-on leader to develop our sales team, drive sales and profitability, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead daily sales operations through coaching, training, and accountability
✅ Track leads, appointments, closing ratios, gross profit, and customer satisfaction
✅ Analyze sales data, set performance goals, and implement strategies to improve results
✅ Maintain accurate CRM/DMS reporting and provide regular performance updates to ownership
✅ Manage inventory, merchandising, and aging inventory strategies
Qualifications:
✅ 3–5+ years of automotive sales experience; leadership or management experience preferred
✅ Strong knowledge of sales processes, F&I workflow, and CRM/DMS systems
✅ Ability to work collaboratively with the management team
✅ Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
This position reports directly to our Owner/General Manager, who is actively involved in day-to-day operations.
