Here’s a 1974 International Grain Truck with a 5.9L Cummins swap. Compared to the previous 160hp gas engine, I have more than doubled the horsepower, torque, and fuel mileage. A few of the many modifications required were a custom dog house, 5 inch cab lift, custom crossmembers, moving drivetrain back 13”, and machining of new transmission shafts.

A little duramax work and the usual second gen Cummins transmission work. Plus I picked up a new tractor!

Another leaky Cummins fixed up! This one was 2009 Dodge 6.7L Cummins that I did some front end work on and an oil pan replacement. The oil pan was a bit overdue for replacement as you can see in the last photo. I was able to keep the cost of labor down by doing the oil pan with the engine in the truck, which was very tricky but worthwhile.

International 1066 injection pump rebuild done on site. Most diesel shops wouldn’t think about tearing into a pump like this and would instead order a new pump for $1500 or more. I was able to save this dairy farmer over $1200 by resealing it myself. Not exactly ideal conditions but had a handy helper!
