Had a customer add 3 quarts to the trans cause he said it was low, wasn’t leaking and he checked it not running. Says the transmission is burning oil and not working correctly, needless to say the over fill caused shifting issues. If you aren’t sure how to check fluid please give us a call before a major issue occurs. There are some vehicles that you check not running but it’s rare.
