We work hard to keep repairs moving and meet customer deadlines, but we need communication from our customers to make that possible.

If your vehicle is in our shop and we call, text, or email for approvals, questions, or updates, please respond in a timely manner. When a vehicle is left disassembled while we wait for days on an answer, it delays other scheduled work and affects our entire workflow.

Going forward:• Vehicles waiting on customer response may be subject to additional labor/storage charges for downtime.• If we cannot reach you for approvals, your vehicle may be reassembled or moved outside, and it will lose its current spot in line.

We understand everyone gets busy, but communication is extremely important when repairs are being performed on a strict schedule. We appreciate all of our customers and thank you for helping us keep things running smoothly.
