Attention business owners along the entire Woodward Dream Cruise route: Do you have a parking lot, parking spaces, event space, or even a grassy area you would consider making available for the Woodward Dream Cruise? Are you planning on being closed during the Cruise? There's a lot of demand from cruisers, food trucks, vendors, suppliers, party planners, car clubs, and many more that need a space! Why not make your unused lot into something usable? Even if you are allowing cruisers to park for free, or if you want to rent out your lot or individual spaces for others to use, please send me your info and I can get your location and info shared on my page! It's never too early to start marketing what you have to offer for the Woodward Dream Cruise! People start planning months in advance, so share what you have available as soon as possible. As a side note, please don't be greedy and think you are going to get rich by offering a staggering amount for your parking lot. You won't. Odds are you will not be able to rent it out for what you think you can get. Be reasonable. Be responsible. Help make the Woodward Dream Cruise more enjoyable for everyone! For us here at Woodward Dream Cruise Parking & Events, our visit to the 2026 Woodward Dream Cruise has wrapped up! It was a tremendous day, for sure. We would like to personally thank the following for making our day the best possible: my wife, who puts up with me updating the info on my page, The John Hammer, my brother, who is the ultimate car guy. Many of you know him, or know of him, and it was extra special that he was able to visit us today. Michael Lary and the entire crew at The Official Woodward Dream Cruise: the reason we have 31 years of the Woodward Dream Cruise. General Polymers, whose event allowed us a home base, Ron Butler who allowed us a brief pit stop at his location, we enjoy the conversation and the hospitality, as always; Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Kee Realty Birmingham for a rocking great time party; Northern Auto Repairs for another great time party; Joe Hildebrand with JOE'S Mancave, we drove by your location today and wanted to introduce ourselves in person, but we will have to figure out a way to meet up, we have "worked" together through this page for many years, and I always look forward to your posts and where you will be set up next; Sal Toscano, unfortunately you were away when we stopped by this afternoon, but you always allow us to have a brief visit and enjoy our conversation, too, sorry we missed you today; and, ultimately, thank you to everyone that has ever found the information on my page to be informative and helpful. Woodward Hills - An Optalis Health & Rehabilitation Center is having their first ever Woodward Dream Cruise Party! Saturday August 15 from 9AM to 5PM, located at 39312 Woodward in Bloomfield Hills just south of Long Lake Rd! They have 10 parking spots available for CLASSIC CARS ONLY for a small donation! Great opportunity to show off your ride and enjoy this new event!

In addition to the drive up, pay at the lot locations I have shared, there will be many other opportunities for similar parking. Just keep your eyes open, many will have hand made signs. I can think of one at Lincoln and Woodward behind some of the buildings at the corner that is only $10 right in Birmingham! Can't beat that!
