Mama MARS ❤️

Every organization has people who make things run, and then there are people who make it feel like home.

At MARS Nation, that person is Lauria Davidson — “Mama MARS.”

While her son, Devon Davidson, leads MARS of Billings and serves as President of MARS Nation, and her son Lance helps guide operations, Lauria quietly leaves her mark in a way that can’t be measured on a spreadsheet.

Whether she’s transporting customers, preparing meals for the crew, lending a helping hand, or simply greeting everyone with a smile and a hug, Lauria embodies what MARS Nation has always been about: family, service, compassion, and caring for people.

Anyone who has spent time around MARS Nation knows that Lauria has a remarkable gift for making people feel welcome, valued, and appreciated. Her kindness is genuine, her compassion is endless, and her positive spirit touches everyone she meets.

And then there are the biscuits and gravy.

For years, attendees of our annual MARS conventions have been treated to Lauria’s legendary homemade biscuits and gravy. It’s become a tradition all its own. Ask anyone who has attended a convention and they’ll tell you the same thing — Mama MARS makes the best biscuits and gravy on the planet. The recipe is famous throughout MARS Nation and has become just another way she shows love to the people around her.

In a world that often moves too fast, Lauria reminds us that success isn’t just built through hard work. It’s built through relationships, generosity, and treating people like family.

Thank you, Mama MARS, for everything you do behind the scenes and in the hearts of those around you. You are a shining example of our culture and a big reason why MARS Nation feels less like a company and more like a family.
