ALWAYS CHECK YOUR SEALS!! A small leak can create so much damage.

This living quarters horse trailer came into the shop with water damage caused by a leaking seal—and once Andrew started tearing into it, you can see exactly what that water had been doing underneath the flooring.

The damaged flooring had to come out, everything underneath was addressed, and Andrew got to work putting it all back together.

Living quarters horse trailers are basically an RV and horse trailer rolled into one, and water intrusion is something you don’t want to ignore. Catching a leaking seal early can mean the difference between resealing an area and replacing a floor.

✨ MEET KILEY! ✨

Next up in our Meet the T&T Crew series is Kiley! ❤️

Kiley is our 16 year old daughter! She’s homeschooled, but is a junior this year and excited to officially start her very first job here at T&T Custom RV & Marine, where she will be handling phone calls and paperwork such as estimates and invoices, and going on parts runs.

While this may be her first official job, she’s definitely no stranger to working. Up until now, Kiley has been a huge help to her mom—helping with her younger siblings at home and even lending a hand with Mom’s marketing business. So she’s already got a little experience behind the scenes. 😉

When she’s not helping out or doing schoolwork, Kiley loves playing soccer, baking, playing online games with her siblings, and driving mom’s truck and golf cart😂

And speaking of baking… 👀🧁

Kiley is thinking about putting those baking skills to work and selling some of her homemade goodies right here at T&T Custom RV & Marine!

So in the near future, you might be able to drop your camper off for repairs and leave with a cookie or two. 😂 We’re not saying you should come to the shop just for baked goods…but we probably wouldn’t blame you.

We’re pretty excited to watch Kiley step into her first job, learn the ropes, and become an official part of the T&T crew.

MEET THE CREW — ANDREW

If you’ve been around T&T for a while, chances are you’ve met Andrew. But what you may not know is just how big of a role he’s played in keeping this place going.

We met Andrew about eight years ago through a mutual friend, and somewhere along the way, a friendship turned into us convincing him to come work for us. 😂

Andrew has been an RV technician since 2015 and came to T&T after working at Camping World. He’s RVDA/RVIA certified and is truly a jack of all trades in the RV world. Roofs, floors, diagnostics, fiberglass, bodywork—you name it, there’s a pretty good chance Andrew can tackle it.

If you ask us where he really shines, though, it’s bodywork and customer service. Andrew has a way with customers that you just can’t teach. He’ll take the time to listen, explain what’s going on, and make sure people understand what their RV needs.

But Andrew’s story at T&T is a little different than most employee introductions.

He officially joined us in August of 2025.

And during his very first week, Tim was seriously injured in his motorcycle accident.

Talk about getting thrown into the deep end.

With Tim suddenly unable to work, Andrew stepped up alongside our teenage son and employee, Tommy, and helped keep the shop running. And he continued stepping up through Tim’s surgeries, recoveries, and everything else that came with that year.

Since then, he’s helped us through some incredibly difficult times—both as a business and as a family. He’s helped keep the shop moving when Tim couldn’t be here, helped us through our move into the new shop, and has been there for a whole lot of life in between.

And somehow… he’s still here. 😂

That probably tells you everything you need to know about Andrew.

He isn’t just one of our certified technicians. He’s someone we trusted long before he ever became our employee, and over the last year, he’s given us even more reasons to trust him.

Outside of work, Andrew rides motorcycles, is one hell of a shot, and if you get him started talking about guns, you better have some time—because the man knows his stuff. 😂

Funny. Laid-back. Loyal.

Those are probably the three words that describe Andrew best.

We may have talked him into coming to work for us, but looking back at everything that happened immediately afterward, we’re pretty damn grateful he said yes.

Meet Andrew—certified RV tech, jack of all trades, resident jokester, and one hell of a good friend.

We’re lucky to have him as part of T&T. ❤️
