Meet Avery! Our resident Detailing “Intern” you might see out on projects with me!
Here at the Detailing Dad, we provide highly prestigious and moderately questionable character building opportunities for youth wanting to learn the art of automotive detailing.
At this elite training academy, interns can expect to develop the following professional skills:
* Advanced hose untangling techniques
* Crumb identification and sniff testing
* Strong opinions about microfiber towels
* Sunburn patterns that make no sense
* Diverse blue-collar vocabulary expansion
* Random lower back noises by age 16
* The instinct to say “that’ll buff out” in daily life
* Hydration dependency from standing in direct Montana sun
* Character development through bug removal
* A deep understanding of why your dad groans when standing up
* Category 4 Dad Jokes
* Deep understanding of topics such as, “kids these days would never understand…”

At the end of the day, though, we genuinely love teaching hardworking kids new skills and work ethic when the opportunity comes around. Avery is KILLING it with his positive attitude, go-getter mentality, and developing abilities. He also is teaching me what the kids are saying these days, like “bet” and “no cap”.
