2004 6.0 Ford just didn’t want to leave the shop. Series of things that happened after turbo replacement. This is always a shops worst nightmare, have something happen on a test drive that was not related to work performed. Usually the rig comes in with a problem and we fix it. This time we fixed the problem and two more showed up on our watch. Give your mechanic grace 🙏🏻.

We took this truck in for a no start. You could jump the trigger wire for the starter to the battery and it would fire up with the key on. Right away this told me it was a voltage issue. In this video I’m discussing with my text how important it can be to just check voltage first instead of replacing a bunch of parts. And a lot of shops today they are parts changers not true technicians that can diagnose. The problem with this is it costed and user way more money.

in our concentrated area that we service, we can’t afford to be part changers nor does it line up with our integrity if this guy wasn’t on the road when this happened, we could’ve saved him thousands. The symptoms that it provided, one could assume it is a starter. This is why diagnosing is so important.

This is my wife .michnal GMC. These trucks are smooth from the factory so I was hesitant to lose that ride. For her birthday she wanted something for her truck. We chose the and setup. The quality of parts and ride is well worth the price paid. Very satisfied with this kit. Thanks
