If you're waiting while your vehicle is under repair, the service manager periodically checks with the mechanics and brings you progress reports. "Out of the blue my car started stuttering on starting up - no indication or dashboard light warning there was a problem. When I was leaving physical therapy later in the day it was noticeably harder to turn over. Afraid I would end up stranded somewhere (requiring a tow) I drove right over to Quality, told them what was going on and they immediately took it in and checked it. The battery was the problem. They found the battery was still under warranty and the replacement and labor cost me nothing! They were great! Thanks so much you guys!"
