A perfect location if your looking for a tranquil island setting but close to the fun as Key West is only a beautiful 25 miles south. This home has 2 large queen bedrooms, one that adjoins both the full bath and the balcony. The third bedroom has 2 double beds with an adjoining full bath. ns the length of the house and overlooks the canal. Manatees, sharks and barracudas have been known to visit along with the local parrot fish, snappers and coral. You can sit on the peaceful steps and watch the fish as they swim through the canal. The living room has a sleeper sofa and seating for 6 comfortably. Satellite TV, internet and a blue ray will keep you entertained with local channels during the occasional rain. This home is decorated with the Keys colors in mind. Blues, greens and tropical decor will put you in that tropical mood. This home has been lovingly renovated from top to bottom with porcelain tile, new kitchen, and appliances, new bathrooms, windows and a pool! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook your days catch. There is also a gas grill where you can grill your freshly caught Mahi Mahi or Grouper! The large garage also features electric doors, a second refrigerator and freezer and an ice machine. You will find bikes for your enjoyment, a fire pit and a fish cleaning station. Go ahead take a bike ride and enjoy the wildlife on Big Pine Key. Key Deer are everywhere and the local bait shop and Marina are just a short ride and The Famous No Name Pub is just blocks away with the best pizza! This guest retreat also has a large fenced in yard and a large boat basin for your boat 30ft or less or maybe jet skiis!. The canal leads out to Spanish Harbour and from there its a direct shot to Bahia Honda Bridge where you will find TARPON! From the Harbour you can either go straight to the Gulf of Mexico or out to the Atlantic Ocean. Fantastc fishing awaits you at the reef which is only minutes away and if you haven't visited Looe Key you don't know what your missing. Just minutes away you can take a snorkel trip to Looe key.

June 2025. First day on the water 6:00am. Perfect weather! 3 foot waves 15 miles out looking for the Mahi! Found 2! Beautiful day and we didn’t get skunked. We did however go out with 2 motors, came back with only 1 working. At least no tow boat was involved. On the way back we were still trolling and got a good hit near…. 2 square groupers. Great! It was a nice hit tho, so with 1 motor and 2 square groupers in our vacinity…. we try it again. I was waiting to hear machine guns but we didn’t. We did tho, land a good size barracuda!!! Back to slowly making our way to shore. Threw our fish remains over and saw some pretty cool sharks by the seawall. Pool, shopping, and dinner at the Island Fish company. Great food and 2nd best Mojitoes in the islands that I’ve found. Ending the day with an awesome sunset. Whew. It’s nap time!

Marvin and Snipes Keys are beautiful. We took “Livin the Dream Charter” I’m sure we were special but they had drinks, mimosas, snacks, sandwiches, floats, snorkel gear…. Ok I’m done. Oh, and Willie followed us around with my camera!
