Located in Big Lake, Minnesota, Bob’s Towing & Recovery provides a large variety of roadside assistance and tow truck services. Our impound lot is by appointment only and closed on all major holidays. Please call us to schedule an appointment to pick up your vehicle. Our prompt and professional team is here to help, whether that means starting your car, retrieving your keys, off-road recovery, or

private property towing. We provide 24-hour tow truck services for cars, trucks, semis, tractors, motorcycles, and boats. Our state-of-the-art equipment can handle any heavy-duty towing need. We are locally owned and operated, serving Becker, Monticello, Zimmerman, Elk River, and Otsego.

We are currently looking to hire 1-2 part time positions for flatbed drivers working evenings / weekends. Great opportunity to make additional money. Work as much or as little as you want (Minimum one weekend a month to keep skills fresh)

Job includes: towing, roadside services, responding to police calls, keeping truck neat and organized, and other duties as assigned.
We do not do repos.

We are looking for someone that is eager to work and make money. Ideal candidate has positive attitude and a drive to go make money!

Guaranteed pay plus commission.
Newer trucks!
Must have a clean driving history.
Must be able to pass background check.
Must be approved by our insurance company.
Must have or be able to obtain a DOT Health Card.

We are hiring part time flatbed drivers.

Great opportunity to make extra money, supplement additional income, or work through the winter if you are laid off from your summer work. We are staffing up our part time staff now to prepare for the winter.

No experience preferred, we will train you.

Stop by our Monticello Office M-F 830-5 or by appointment to fill out an application.

Duties include:
- Safely operating flatbed tow truck for roadside service, towing, and transports.
- Responding to accidents.
- Maintaining equipment and keeping a clean and presentable truck.
- Lifting, twisting, bending multiple times throughout your shift.
- Conducting yourself in a professional safe manner.

Requirements:
- Part time. Available hours in afternoon / evenings and weekends.
- Pay is commission based with guaranteed minimums.
- Flexibility - We can work with you based on your availability, work as much or as little as you desire.
- Must be able to obtain and possess a DOT Health Card.
- Must be 21 years of age. (Insurance Requirement)
- Using common sense to conduct yourself in a safe manner.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Maintain a professional appearance.

Duties include:
- Safely operating flatbed tow truck for roadside service, towing, and transports.
- Responding to accidents.
- Maintaining equipment and keeping a clean and presentable truck.
- Lifting, twisting, bending multiple times throughout your shift.
- Shop tasks, cleaning, organizing, etc.
- Conducting yourself in a professional safe manner.
- Other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:
- FT - 35-40 hours a week.
- On Call (Commission work, guaranteed minimum pay) 1 night per week, 1 weekend per month.
- Must be able to obtain and possess a DOT Health Card.
- Must be 21 years of age. (Insurance Requirement)
- Using common sense to conduct yourself in a safe manner.
- A positive attitude and willing to learn.
- Maintain a professional appearance.
