Mother Nature won this weekend☹️

Fall-Out #11 has ended, not with a bang but a whimper. Unfortunate persistent rainfall has caused us to cancel today's drag racing. The GSTA Car Show and Swap Meeters will carry forward for a bit as they load up in the main, and the Rockin' Hep Cats will be performing later tonight.

SPECTATORS: Hold onto your gold wristbands, as they can be used to claim your credit for any future 2026 or 2027 event at Rock Falls Raceway

RACERS: We will issue a credit based on tech cards that were turned in. If you haven't turned in your tech card yet, please do so in Registration so that we can get a credit issued.

Ultimately, we considered the possibility of running on Sunday, but the show would not have been fair for our great spectators. Many of the racers had commitments that would not have allowed them to stay on Sunday, and the volunteers for the car show and swap meet were not able to stay for an additional day. We did not feel it's fair to charge you for an event that was less than you expected, so made the decision to credit your entry 100% to a future event.

We wish everyone safe travels on your next journey, and hopefully Mother Nature is nicer to us all going forward.

Not looking good for any racing today...Final decision at 12:30pm

12:30pm update, drag racing today has been canceled. See newest post for full information.

Just past 11am but want to provide an update for everyone. The air is thick with mist at this time, and we're planning to make a final decision regarding Fall-Out #11 at 12:30pm today. We will evaluate all options for the continuation of the event to see what is best for all the spectacular fans, racers, and family that are here.

For those of you that are on property or headed this way, the Rockin' Hep Cats WILL BE PERFORMING tonight across from the red white and blue building. If you've never seen them live before, it's a performance you will not want to miss.
