Austin’s tracking down the culprit, and right now it’s looking like one of two suspects: a radiator hose or the radiator itself. 👻🔧

🎬 Amp’s Auto: Day Off Edition

Austin has spent most of the day catching up on sleep.

I’ve spent the day shopping, cleaning the house, and hanging out with the girls.

Now it’s 2:30 and we’re getting ready to head into the shop for a few hours to catch up on some things before the end of a busy week. No customer appointments tonight—we just don’t have enough time left in the day—but there are always things that need done behind the scenes.

That’s one thing nobody tells you about owning a small business. Even on your day off, the business is still there waiting for you.

We’ll see what kind of trouble we can get into this evening. 😂🔧

Some customers make a stressful repair process so much easier, and Lori is one of them. ❤️

Anyone who has dealt with warranty companies knows that approvals, inspections, and communication can sometimes take longer than we’d all like. While we do everything we can to keep things moving, some parts of the process are simply out of our hands.

Throughout the entire repair, Lori was patient, understanding, and incredibly kind. She trusted us to do our job, gave us the time we needed to work through the warranty process, and treated our team with respect every step of the way.

We don’t say this often enough, but customers like Lori are the reason we love what we do. We truly appreciate her trust in Amp’s Auto, and we’re so happy we could get her Equinox back on the road.

Thank you, Lori, for being such an amazing customer. We need more people like you in this world. ❤️🚗

We lost power this morning and Mon Power’s estimated restoration time was 2:00 PM. Based on that information, we rescheduled appointments and gave our staff the day off. Power ended up being restored much earlier than expected, which we’re thankful for, but by then the schedule had already been adjusted. We appreciate everyone’s understanding. 🩷
