Same car. Different States. Different Tint Laws.

Both of these Honda Accords came in for tint this week. The black one from Illinois and the blue one from Iowa.

The black one is brand new. She wanted to go as dark as legally possible. If we go down to 35% on the front windows then we can go down to 35% in the back, so that’s what we did all around, including the sunroof.

The blue one is a few years older and is used as a commuter to Iowa City for college. He was wanting the fronts as dark as Iowa allows which is 50% and darker in the back for more privacy so we did 20%.

This ‘72 350 SS Nova came in for some ceramic coating on top of a repaint.

After some polishing, I used Opti-Coat Pro on the painted surfaces and the Opti-Metal coating on the chrome plated wheels and bumpers. That is some long lasting protection, especially considering it won’t be a daily driver. Pro can last 10+ years on a commuter vehicle!

Now she’s ready to turn some heads at the car shows (as if she wasn’t already). Glad to get it all shined up for you Bruce!

“It’s not that bad.” Until you need to use your vehicle to caravan co-workers out of town.

Not to mention the need to sanitize and get the germs out of your daily driver. Staying on top of keeping your vehicles clean will boost your confidence and help your immune system!
