Myron Rolle’s journey is one of remarkable dedication and reinvention. Drafted by the Tennessee Titans in 2010, Rolle’s football career was cut short when he never played in a regular-season NFL game. However, that setback led him back to his original passion: medicine. Earning a Rhodes Scholarship while still a football player, Rolle completed a master's in medical anthropology at Oxford University. After leaving the NFL, he pursued a medical degree at Florida State University and completed a neurosurgery residency at Massachusetts General Hospital. Now, as a pediatric neurosurgeon at Nemours Children’s Health in Florida, Dr. Rolle’s story demonstrates that greatness is not defined by a singular path, but by the ability to adapt, learn, and make an impact in new ways.
